So far so good. Group 4 Project is going well. We've done most of our experiments and now we're waiting for some results and to process some data. We chose the topic 'Water in Bathrooms'. For Physics we constructed a model toilet to see the relationship between the height of the water tank and the pressure of water. We also constructed a dynamo, to generate electricity from a bathroom tap. For Biology, we are investigating the effectiveness of flushing toilets and the effectiveness of rinsing your toothbrush with water. For Chemistry, we investigated the relationship between a detergents pH and how well it cleans. For Env. System we investigated how we could use less water in our toilets, by modifying the toilet's design, and how we could generate electricity for our homes by putting turbines in our water pipes (these experiments are linked to the Physic ones).
After 3 days of hard work, we managed to put together a presentation, with all our experiments, results, conclusions and evaluations. And here it is:
